Chris - Managing Director

Chris joined the Company in January 2013 having previously held senior roles across a diverse range of businesses and industry sectors.

As MD, he takes overall responsibility for the Company, its strategy and vision. He is also lucky enough to lead a fantastic team of people who have together created the successful business proposition the Company offers today.

Outside of work, Chris can be found walking the Cotswold Way, doing various roles within his community or spending time in the garden with his family (probably), a good book (possibly) and a glass of wine (undoubtedly).

Jonathan - Regional Sales Director - Asia Pacific

Jonathan joined Tudor Rose on 4th June 2018. He brings a wealth of experience in International Sales, especially from the Drinks sector.

Jonathan has previously lived in the UAE for four years and also spent eighteen years in Australia. He has worked for a number of notable companies, his career was and still is in sales and marketing overseas in Middle East, Australia, and Caribbean both in the Food and Drink Industry.

He see that as a business model Tudor Rose offers both suppliers and customers real benefits and as a team TRI are always looking at ways to improve what they do and there is a genuine desire by all to work together and support each other and this type of culture is really motivating to be part of.

He is very glad he joined the TRIbe and look forward to assist in building the business.

He has a passion for travel, food, music and wine. Currently settling back into life in the UK and West Country, which he love and enjoying being close to family.

To wind down and relax, he enjoys walking, playing the flute and gardening.

At work he likes to interact with people, communicate regularly and be supportive, while achieving specific objectives.

 

Jake - Warehouse Manager

Jake joined Tudor Rose as Production and Co-Pack Manager on 16th May 2001 and when the position became available in October 2017 I took on the role the role as Warehouse Manager as well.  With the added responsibilities which is just an extension to what I was doing previously, gives me more areas to look at which adds more variety to the work place.

 

In his spare time Jake likes spending time with his family and walking their dog

 

Philippa - Brand Account Manager

Philippa joined Tudor Rose International in September 2017 having previously worked in the cosmetic and beauty accessory industry for just over two years.

Philippa is responsible for managing TRI’s Key Contributor brands and works closely with Brand Owners to build mutual, long-term sustainable growth. She also works jointly with the Sales Team to develop winning marketing plans across all categories.

Outside of work, when not exploring the beautiful Cotswolds, Philippa enjoys Zumba and playing in Gloucestershire’s Netball Fun League.

Jazmine-Order & Supply Chain Manager, Customer Services

Jazmine joined Tudor Rose International in March 2007 having previously worked in the hospitality industry for 5 years.

Jazmine progressed to establish a Customer Service department with co-ordinators providing a full order management service across the regions. She works closely with all internal departments and our Brand Owners to deliver high service levels to all our customers.

With the inclusion two years ago of Export Compliance into the department she is also responsible for ensuring all our customers’ requirements are met to allow importation of goods around the world.

Outside of work Jazmine enjoys creating new meals in the kitchen using the fresh ingredients from her vegetable garden.

Rocio - Regional Manager – Europe

Rocio joined Tudor Rose International in July 2017 to support the European region. Rocio is a Spanish national and has worked in the Retail sector in Spain, as well as being an Area Manager for a leading POS Management Company.

She relocated to the UK in 2013 and has been working as an Export Manager for a Cosmetics company, initially managing Spain and then a far wider range of Export markets.

In her spare time, Rocio loves go to the gym and read a good book and as a foodie person she’s always trying to find new Cotswold farm shops and restaurants.

Phillip - Senior Brand Account Manager - MEA

Phillip joined Tudor Rose International in September 2016, having worked previously in buyer and sales manager positions.

Phillip’s day-to-day responsibilities include developing the strategic portfolio of products in the MEA region, liaising with Brand Owners, and coordinating marketing plans with the Sales Team and their customers.

In his spare time Phillip enjoys catching up with friends over a meal and a couple of drinks, educating himself with a good book or documentary and keeping up with the arts by watching the major blockbusters in the cinema.

Sian - Facilities & Office Manager

Sian Partington joined Tudor Rose International in April 2012. Over the last 4 years Sian has been using her broad range of experience to cover a range of Facilities Management and HR projects as well as overseeing the recent upgrade of Tudor Rose’s IT infrastructure. Sian loves nothing more than working towards improving our working environment, making sure our site gains top marks from any external audits and implementing projects that support Tudor Rose’s great team of people.

If you meet Sian in her spare time, you will have to catch her either on the back of a horse, walking her dogs or pottering in her garden.

Tom- Brand Account Manager - Drinks

Having joined the TRIbe in July 2015, Tom initially joined Tudor Rose International to take charge of the Chilled & Frozen Category in the Marketing Department. He recently moved to a more strategic role within Tudor Rose International as the marketing lead for our drinks portfolio.

Tom previously worked in International Trade at the Birmingham Chamber Of Commerce and was predominantly responsible for assisting companies with trade to the USA. He also worked for a direct marketing company working mainly in the charity sector.

In his spare time, you will find Tom with his nose in a book and listening to his record collection. Failing that, he’s probably in the pub commiserating with friends over the form of his beloved Man Utd…

Katy- Regional Manager for Europe

Katy Morgan-Mageste joined us from Premier Foods Group where she was part of the International Supply Chain Team. Managing the Australia cake business & other key export markets, she was also involved in demand and logistics planning. She is fluent in Portuguese having spent several years living in Brazil and teaching English as a second language.

Valerie - Marketing Administrator

Valerie Squire joined Tudor Rose International in August 2017 as part of the Marketing team for the role of Marketing Administrator. She has been providing administrative support in a number of industries and using her skills to support her new team. “I am able to help my colleagues who require a reliable, accurate and willing co-worker.”
