Adriana

Adriana – Regional Manager Americas

Adriana joined Tudor Rose International in October 2014. Originally from Brazil, Adriana has been living in UK for over 12 years and added a touch of South America to the multi-cultural Tribe. Adriana has a strong background in Customer Relationship Management and have worked in several Sales and Account Management roles prior to joining Tudor Rose International.

Adriana is responsible for the account management and development of distributors across Americas region. She maintains a close relationship to our distributors to ensure the brands we represent are successful in these markets.

Outside TRI, Adriana enjoys her regular visits to the gym and cooking healthy meals. She also loves photography and is the proud owner of two beautiful cats.

Chris - Managing Director

Chris joined the Company in January 2013 having previously held senior roles across a diverse range of businesses and industry sectors.

As MD, he takes overall responsibility for the Company, its strategy and vision. He is also lucky enough to lead a fantastic team of people who have together created the successful business proposition the Company offers today.

Outside of work, Chris can be found walking the Cotswold Way, doing various roles within his community or spending time in the garden with his family (probably), a good book (possibly) and a glass of wine (undoubtedly).

Michael

Michael - Warehouse Manager

Michael has been with the company for 8 years now and is currently the second longest serving warehouse member. In the past Mike has had a few different roles before life at Tudor Rose, ranging from Sales to Gardener to Order Picker.

Michael feels he is most comfortable whilst in the warehouse environment.

In his spare time, if there is such a thing having two young children aged 4 and 1, Mike enjoys the relaxation of Golf, Motor Racing and day out with the family.

Charlie - Senior Brand Account Manager Europe & APAC

Charlie joined Tudor Rose International in November 2015. Working in the FMCG industry for the past six years, Charlie has built up an expert knowledge of marketing strategy, brand activation and category management.

Charlie is responsible for the development of our new brand partners in Europe and APAC regions across all categories,  including identifying potential own label opportunities around the World. She is also responsible for marketing Tudor Rose International’s corporate brand.

In her spare time, Charlie can be found either at the gym or cooking up a storm in the kitchen (much to the horror of her friends and family).

Jazmine-Order & Supply Chain Manager, Customer Services

Jazmine joined Tudor Rose International in March 2007 having previously worked in the hospitality industry for 5 years.

Jazmine progressed to establish a Customer Service department with co-ordinators providing a full order management service across the regions. She works closely with all internal departments and our Brand Owners to deliver high service levels to all our customers.

With the inclusion two years ago of Export Compliance into the department she is also responsible for ensuring all our customers’ requirements are met to allow importation of goods around the world.

Outside of work Jazmine enjoys creating new meals in the kitchen using the fresh ingredients from her vegetable garden.

Enrique

Enrique - Strategic Business Development Manager

Responsible initially for the Southern European region with native Spanish and fluency in French, Enrique brought extensive international business experience at senior level to the Tribe team, having been involved in developing distribution channels, franchising, licencing and joint ventures globally. He recently moved to a more strategic role within Tudor Rose International, helping identify wider opportunities and focussing initially in extending our beverages portfolio.

Looking for exciting drinks brands with a view to incorporating beers, ciders and spirits requires a zealous commitment to sampling, so he relies on tennis and dog walking (visiting Cotswold pubs?) to keep fit hoping to resume his sailing adventures on the seven seas (marinas on the Med beware…!)

Phillip - Senior Brand Account Manager - MEA

Phillip is one of the newest members of the Tribe, having joined Tudor Rose International in September 2016.

Phillip’s day-to-day responsibilities include developing the strategic portfolio of products in the MEA region, liaising with Brand Owners, and coordinating marketing plans with the Sales Team and their customers.

In his spare time Phillip enjoys catching up with friends over a meal and a couple of drinks, educating himself with a good book or documentary and keeping up with the arts by watching the major blockbusters in the cinema.

Sian - Facilities & Office Manager

Sian Partington joined Tudor Rose International in April 2012. Over the last 4 years Sian has been using her broad range of experience to cover a range of Facilities Management and HR projects as well as overseeing the recent upgrade of Tudor Rose’s IT infrastructure. Sian loves nothing more than working towards improving our working environment, making sure our site gains top marks from any external audits and implementing projects that support Tudor Rose’s great team of people.

If you meet Sian in her spare time, you will have to catch her either on the back of a horse, walking her dogs or pottering in her garden.

Tom- Brand Account Manager - MEA

Having joined the Tribe in July 2015, Tom joined Tudor Rose International to take charge of the Chilled & Frozen Category in the Marketing Department.

Tom’s day-to-day responsibilities include developing the portfolio of products in the MEA region, liaising with the category’s Brand Owners, and coordinating marketing activities with the Sales Team and their customers.

Tom previously worked in International Trade at the Birmingham Chamber Of Commerce and was predominantly responsible for assisting companies with trade to the USA. He also worked for a direct marketing company working mainly in the charity sector.

In his spare time, you will find Tom with his nose in a book and listening to his record collection. Failing that, he’s probably in the pub commiserating with friends over the form of his beloved Man Utd…
