• The marketing team are the primary day to day contact point with Principals/Brand Owners and co-ordinate all worldwide marketing activity in liaison with the Commercial Managers.
• Establish a clear local brand identity consistent with the Principal's strategy.
• Manage through continuous market intelligence and regular performance reviews, the development and execution of regional marketing plans and budgets.
• Develop with each customer marketing activities that are tailored to the local market dynamic to develop the brand and grow sustainable long term business.
• Proactively provide new product development, market research studies, merchandising support and label designs for product adaptation to local requirements.
• Provide input into the Principal's budget process through consultation with all parties and supply regular forecasts when required.
• Provide competitor analysis & continual market evaluation when appropriate.
